Rehabilitation Appointment
MOVE Session
A supervised, gym-based rehabilitation session designed to improve movement quality, mobility, strength, stability, coordination and confidence.
Movement-Based Rehabilitation
What is a MOVE Session?
A MOVE Session is a personalised rehabilitation appointment completed with one of our chiropractors inside the clinic’s rehabilitation gym.
Unlike a standard treatment appointment that may focus primarily onsymptom relief, a MOVE Session focuses on improving how your bodymoves, controls force and responds to everyday physical demands.
Each session is tailored to your condition, current physical ability, activity level and recovery goals. Exercises progress over time as your movement, strength and confidence improve.
The aim is to help you return to work, sport and daily activities with better movement quality and a lower risk of re-injury.

A dedicated environment for guided movement and recovery.

Rehabilitation Equipment
Equipment selected for your rehabilitation needs.
Your session may include a range of equipment depending on your condition, current ability and rehabilitation goals.
Who May Benefit?
Conditions commonly supported through MOVE Sessions.
Your chiropractor will assess your condition and determine whether a supervised rehabilitation session is appropriate for you.
The Live Active Approach
More than symptom relief.
The overall goal of a MOVE Session is to improve movement quality,
physical capacity and confidence.
Rather than focusing only on the area that hurts, your chiropractor considers how your whole body moves and whether reduced mobility, stability, strength, coordination or balance may be contributing to your problem.
A key part of the Live Active Chiropractic approach is helping you understand your body, your condition and the purpose behind your rehabilitation plan.
By building your knowledge, confidence and practical skills, we aim to empower you to take an active role in looking after your own health, managing your symptoms and making informed decisions about movement, exercise and recovery.
The goal is for you to develop the tools needed to continue improving outside the clinic, recognise potential problems early and reduce your reliance on ongoing treatment where possible.
This reflects Live Active Chiropractic’s rehabilitation philosophy of combining neuroplasticity, conditioning and progressive movement retraining to support long-term function, confidence and independence.
Move Better. Build Confidence.
Rehabilitation designed to transfer into real life.
Whether your goal is walking comfortably, returning to work, lifting safely, running again or getting back to competitive sport, a MOVE Session provides supervised guidance towards meaningful movement goals and greater independence in managing your health.
