About Rob

Treatment, training and performance working together.

Rob takes a different approach to chiropractic care, combining
hands-on treatment with strength and exercise to help people not
only feel better, but become stronger and more capable.

His approach combines individualised training plans, coaching, exercise modification and hands-on treatment with the goal of improving movement, building physical capacity and supporting long-term performance.

Rob’s Philosophy

“Treat the person, not just the problem.”

Hands-on treatment can be valuable for managing pain and improving movement, but Rob believes people also need the right training and coaching to build their body back up.

The aim is to use treatment to help people move better, then use exercise and progressive training to make those improvements stronger and more sustainable.

Who Rob Works With

Helping active people stay strong, capable and confident.

Rob works predominantly with adults aged 30–70 who want to continue
training, stay active and maintain the strength and physical
capability to keep doing the things they enjoy.

Stay Active

For people who want to continue exercising, playing sport and staying physically active without being unnecessarily held back by pain.

Rebuild Strength

Helping people progressively regain strength, movement and physical capacity following injury or periods of reduced activity.

Improve Performance

Combining assessment, treatment and training to help people build the physical qualities required for their sport, training and everyday life.

Injury & Rehabilitation

Keep training while rebuilding capacity.

Having experienced his own significant and frustrating injuries, including injuries that felt like they could be “career-ending,” Rob understands the physical and psychological challenges of being unable to train the way you want to.

His approach is not simply about avoiding training. It is about identifying what is limiting you, modifying training appropriately, and progressively building your capacity back towards the activities and performance levels that matter to you.

Sports & Performance

Experience across a wide range of training environments.

Rob’s experience extends across golf, basketball, football,
powerlifting, climbing, dance, calisthenics and general strength
